We take care to describe the items accurately and provide pictures of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the package for return instructions.
Once the items are returned, we will inspect the items and compare them to our scans to ensure they are the same books which were originally purchased and in the same condition when originally purchased. Unfortunately we must do this due to unscrupulous people who switch books in an attempt to commit fraud. Once it is verified the book returned is the actual item purchased and in the same condition, a refund or credit will be issued. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping/insurance costs. The returned product must be received with seven days from the date you contacted us regarding the return.
When returning books, if possible, please use the same packaging we used to send the books to you. Please package the books as securely as they were when mailed to you.
All sales at conventions or in-person are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for sales at conventions or in-person as the books should have been thoroughly examined.
Please be aware, although we accept returns on our uncertified books, we do not accept returns on certified books. Any book graded by a third party and sealed in a protective plastic casing is considered final and no returns will be accepted.
